Our production is differentiated between the HSM mixer line for high-capacity industrial production plants, with the possibility of customizing the supply in various ways, such as ingredient feeding, dough discharge directly onto the customer's feeding device, or software interface with the central IT system of the production plant to control the machinery in the production line.

Alternatively, a simpler and less customized HMB mixer line is available, which still offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for lower-capacity and less automated production lines.

With reduced power and capacity compared to standard models, these mixers are suitable for lower volume productions, ensuring efficiency and quality at a low cost.

The mixers in the Basic Line are protected by a polyurethane enamel coating that ensures durability and resistance. They come with stainless steel panels that are designed to be easily opened or removed, making maintenance access easier.

The containment bowls are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be equipped with a forced circulation system for cooling or heating upon request, allowing precise control of the dough temperature, controlled by a PT100 sensor.

The dough mixing process is carried out by a rotating arm with a special drop-shaped profile, designed by Silvestri to achieve excellent ingredient homogeneity. The absence of a central passing shaft facilitates both the discharge of the finished dough and the cleaning and sanitization of the bowl.

Made of stainless steel through casting, the mixing arm is powered by a mechanical gear reducer in an oil bath, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

The bowl is equipped with a fixed lid with a rubber gasket that ensures a dust-tight seal. The lid is fitted with connections for the automatic loading of ingredients and has an openable hatch that allows for convenient manual loading from the top.

The main motor transmits power to the gearbox using V-shaped trapezoidal belts, which are designed to minimize jerks during mixing. The standard setup includes a dual-polarity motor with two preset speeds, but there is also an option for a single-polarity motor controlled by an inverter, enabling the dough speed to range from 15 to 60 rpm.

The Electrical Control Panel is enclosed in an IP66-rated waterproof metal cabinet, made of painted steel sheet and integrated into the machine's structure. It is built according to the latest safety standards and operates on a standard voltage of 400 V - 50 Hz.

The main motor of our industrial horizontal mixers transmits movement to the reducer through V-shaped trapezoidal belts, designed to reduce any jerks during the mixing process. Solutions are available with a single-polarity motor controlled by an inverter, allowing the dough speed to be adjusted between 20 and 60 rpm, or with a dual-polarity motor offering two preset speeds for simpler solutions.

The control panel, positioned at the front of the machine, features a timer and buttons for easy manual operation. Alternatively, an HMI touch-screen panel with PLC is available to handle automatic cycles, with an extra option for recipe management.
