The supporting structure of the vertical industrial mixers is coated with a special polyurethane paint that ensures robustness and long-lasting durability. The stainless steel protective panels, which can be opened and removed, allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance activities.

The mixing bowl, also made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is equipped with wheels to be easily positioned inside the machine.

The dough is processed in stainless steel dough carts mounted on wheels, to facilitate transport even with the aid of carts, both during the loading of ingredients and for positioning in fermentation cells. The lifting and lowering movement of the bowl is made possible by a rack mechanism operated by an auxiliary motor.

The bowl is also closed at the top by a stainless steel lid that ensures an airtight seal, preventing material from escaping.

The main gear motor of our vertical mixers is extremely reliable and high-performing. It is installed at the top of the machine along with the entire mechanical transmission. Solutions with a single-polarity motor controlled by an inverter are available, allowing the mixing speed to be adjusted between 15 and 30 rpm.

The Electrical Panel of the vertical industrial mixers is protected by a stainless steel watertight cabinet (IP66), positioned within the machine structure to ensure maximum protection.

Designed according to the latest safety regulations, the panel uses a standard power supply voltage of 400 V - 50 Hz, suitable for industrial operations.

The control panel, located at the front of the machine, is equipped with a touch-screen display and a PLC system for automatic cycle management (with the option to add a recipe memory feature). Alternatively, the vertical mixers are available with a configuration which includes a timer and push-button controls for manual use.
